2022 Our Terms & Conditions

A MASSIVE Thankyou for considering JPC for your Residential & Commercial cleaning.
As I do tend to get quite in undated with enquires via many sources, I have added some information to speed up your enquiry and booking process. I endeavour to get back to you within 48hrs,however bare in mind sometimes this is not possible.

💰PAYMENT, LATE FEES, CANCELLATIONS 💰
Unless explicitly agreed prior to commencement of work, payment will be due in full upon completion of the work or services provided, Eftpos Tap & Go or cash bank transfer or PAYID prior to your booking.
please note Tap & Go has a 1.9% processing charge.
You don’t fill a trolley up with food walk out and say I will pay you tomorrow.
Just like everyone else we have bills to pay and food to put on the table for our family so please don’t book a appointment if you cannot pay.

🙅‍♀️CANCELLATION FEES/BOOKINGS 🙅‍♀️

ALL new residential clean the first hour $45 is required to secure your booking.
ALL Deep Clean , Rent Inspection Clean, Oven Clean, a $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
ALL Window Cleaning and Vacate Clean requires a $100 deposit to secure your booking.
Vacate cleans require full payment on the day for cleaning to commence.

If you cancel your booking after 9.00am the day prior to your, Deep Clean , Rent Inspection Clean, Oven Clean, your deposit will be forfeited to JPC.
If you cancel your Vacate Clean , Window Clean after 9.00am 4 days prior your deposit will be forfeited to JPC.
If you cancel your general clean 2 times in a month you will be required to pay in full prior to the day of clean, your booking fee can be transferred to a new booking this can be done once then your deposit will be forfeited to JPC.

If a vacuum clean pick up and drop of service has been arranged and you are not home for collection or Pick up a $20 fee will apply.
I plan a pick up and drop off schedule that I stick to I don’t allocate time to return later.

If you have requested a invoice and it has been agreed upon the terms and conditions of payment and you make no contact , not return calls or messages a $20 late fee per day applies until a receipt of payment plus any late fees is provided.
Please note This won’t be tolerated and is just plain rude No further bookings will be accepted further action will be taken in recovering any money that is owed including late fees at the time.

✏️Estimates ✏️
Any unseen quotation given by JPC is based only on information or specifications received from the Customer and in JPC knowledge at time of quotation, this is subject to change on inspection of the property and will be advised prior to starting to insure you are happy for the works to continue.

⭐️Messaging⭐️
To help with delays in responding to your message I’am currently in the process of setting up automatic reply with all FAQ to that specific service, just simply tap send message and then tap the service you require.
Once you have read the information and wish to make a booking please reply with
Book now please.
I will advise you what days / times are available in a two week timeframe from receiving your booking request.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK CARRIED OUT?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please ensure that you contact us as soon as possible and provide us with feedback so we can work to resolve the issue. if agreed upon I will discount your next service or return.
On the rare occasion clients have not been happy with a clean, we have noticed a few commonalities that have led to the issue.

COMMUNICATION OR MISUNDERSTANDING
have been the cause of issues , please be clear on what you are wanting and don’t assume or compare our services to a previous cleaner / company.
Everyone’s expectation and cleaning requirements are different, the same clean that has made one client happy doesn’t mean the next client will be happy with, it’s important you let us know so we are both on the same page and achieve the best outcome possible for you.

We will ❌NOT TOLERATE ❌any bribes or threats of “ I will leave a bad review” or any form of negotiation on what you think our time is worth on any of our services we provided you, this is a complete insult we will not tolerate any form of intimidation.

📸Photos and Videos📸
While many of the photos and video content that are shared are actual real footage of our work we do , some photos / videos are shared on JPC social media platforms for advertisement showing before, during and after process or sharing tips , products.
no personal information will be posted publicly nor any personal photographs.
You as the client agree to before, during and after photographs to be taken to advertise our work, if you wish for these not to be shared publicly please let me know.
If a photo is shared and for whatever reason you wish for the content to be removed please let me know we will have it removed pronto your privacy and safety is our priority.
